I may be a little literal, but when I think about funding streams, I like to imagine an eagle’s perspective of the landscape. Developing a broader view of funding landscapes, seasons and cycles can help organisations build a pipeline and plan projects rather than waiting for funding announcements.

AI isn’t better at this yet. After testing against my own submission responses through the first half of 2026, I found AI versions were consistently more generic and less compelling. But that’s not the whole story.
